This by-law shall come into force without further formality upon its enactment.

Enacted by By-law Number 7 by the directors of the Association at a meeting duly called and regularly held and at which a quorum was present on the 10th day of June, 1998.

The foregoing By-Law Number 7 as enacted by the directors of the Association is hereby ratified, sanctioned, confirmed and approved without variation by the unanimous affirmative vote of all members entitled to vote at a meeting of members duly called and regularly held at Golf Course Road, in the City of Pembroke and at which a quorum was present on the 10th day of June, 1998.
