Community Living
Supports:
The Association currently supports 72 adults who live in the
community, and provides varying degrees of assistance tailored to
individual needs through Individual Living Supports or Associate
Living Supports.

Community
Participation Supports:
The Association offers employment support to people who may have
been excluded from the competitive workforce and assists them in
securing real work for real pay. We also help them participate in
the community through volunteerism, leisure and recreation
activities.

Special
Services At Home:
Special Services at Home is a provincially funded program to help
families
hire
an independent worker to provide support to a relative living at
home who has an intellectual disability.

Community Respite:
Respite Supports provide relief for primary care givers and the
people they support. In-home respite is also provided
for adults (18 years or older). Respite provides an excellent
opportunity for individuals to increase their participation in the
community.
