6th Annual Box of Possibilities Lunch Fundraiser Well Supported
Community Living Upper Ottawa Valley held their 6th annual Box of Possibilities fundraiser to kick off Community Living Month on May 2, 2019. More than 535 boxed lunches were purchased by individuals and businesses, surpassing all of the previous years and being the most successful one so far!
Volunteers, staff and people supported by Community Living collaborated in a joint effort to prepare and deliver lunches around the upper Ottawa Valley. Many thanks to the businesses and organization that supported this annual fundraiser.
As a special thank you to volunteers assisting with filling sandbags for flood victims, 16 lunches were delivered to the Westmeath relief centre at the LaPasse Parish Hall.
